The problem
Families have real questions: bus schedules, enrollment, who to contact, what happens on a two-hour delay. The answers exist, scattered across PDFs and pages nobody can navigate. So people call the office.
What it was costing
Staff time answering the same questions repeatedly, and families who give up looking and stay uninformed.
What we built
A family handbook for South Allegheny School District, the resources and information families actually need, organized so the answer is findable in seconds instead of buried in a document.
The result
Fewer repeat calls to the office, and families who can self-serve at 9pm when the question actually comes up.
