A reporting path that did not exist

Seeing a dangerous bridge and having nowhere obvious to report it is a process gap, not a technology gap.

fix-the-processciviclovable

The problem

People notice infrastructure problems constantly. Reporting one means figuring out which agency owns it, finding the right form, and hoping it lands somewhere. Most people just don't.

What it was costing

Information that exists in the community never reaching anyone who can act on it.

What we built

Report A Bridge, a direct, no-account-required way to flag a dangerous bridge, with location and detail captured at the moment someone notices.

The result

The friction between "I saw something" and "someone knows" is gone. Built quickly, because the hard part was the missing path, not the software.
