The problem
Development work lives in GitHub. Client work lives in email, notes, and someone's head. Answering "where does everything stand?" meant checking four places and assembling the picture by hand, every week.
What it was costing
A recurring block of time producing a status view that was stale the moment it was written.
What we built
Project Command Center, one dashboard covering both the code projects and the offline business projects, with development status pulled in automatically and client communications and phases tracked alongside.
The result
The weekly assembly job disappears. The status view is current because it maintains itself, not because someone rebuilt it.
